Corporate Event Venue in Vadodara
Corporate organisers ask three questions before they ask anything else: where do the cars go, what happens if the power fails, and how far is it from the office. Those get answered first here, because a venue that cannot answer them is not on the shortlist.
Parking, Power and Location
100 vehicles inside the grounds with valet staff. Two generators covering the full event, lighting, sound and AV included. Alkapuri, near Chakli Circle on Old Padra Road, which is central rather than an hour out on a highway, so attendees can come from the office and go back to it.
Roughly fifteen minutes from Vadodara Junction and twenty from the airport, which matters when head office is flying people in for a dealer meet.
Annual Days, Dealer Meets and Launches
The air-conditioned hall carries the formal half: presentations, awards, seated lunch or dinner. The lawns take the evening and the social half, so a full-day agenda does not have to happen in one room.
Ground-level access throughout, which makes load-in for AV, staging and product displays straightforward rather than a negotiation with a staircase.
Catering and Vendors
Outside caterers are welcome, so a company with an empanelled vendor can use them, and our staff coordinate on the day. Alcohol is not permitted: Gujarat is a dry state, and any agency proposing otherwise is proposing something illegal.
The heritage building is a genuine differentiator for a company hosting clients or press. A 1936 palace reads better in the internal write-up than a hotel conference room.
The Spaces
