The hall is the interior of the palace itself, not a banquet box built in the compound. It was the reception space of a 1936 royal residence, and the original proportions, floors and detailing are still what you are booking. That matters practically as well as aesthetically: the ceiling height and the window line mean the room photographs well without heavy lighting rigs, and it does not need much decor to stop looking bare.
What the Hall Is Used For
Wedding ceremonies where the family wants the ritual indoors and the reception on the lawn. Seated dinners. Engagement and anniversary functions in the 150 to 400 range that would look thin spread across the full lawn. Corporate annual days, dealer meets and product launches. Lifestyle and jewellery exhibitions, where the enclosed, air-conditioned, single-entrance layout is what exhibitors ask for.
Air Conditioning and Season
The hall is air-conditioned, which makes it the part of the property that works year-round rather than only across the Nov to Feb window. For a summer function, or a daytime function in any season, the hall is the room that stays usable when the lawn does not. Many families take both and split the day: ceremony inside, dinner and reception outside once the evening cools.
Access, Parking and Power
The hall is at ground level, which matters more than it sounds when a third of your guest list is elderly. 100 vehicles park inside the grounds with valet staff. A generator covers the whole event including lighting and sound, which is the first question every corporate organiser asks and the one that decides most exhibition bookings. Outside caterers are welcome and our staff coordinate service through the function.
Hall and Lawn Together
