Weddings and Receptions
The usual arrangement: baraat down the drive, pheras in the mandap on the lawn, dinner and reception with the lit palace facade behind the stage. Around 700-800 guests seat comfortably once the stage, mandap and buffet counters are placed; up to 1,200 works as a floating reception. The hall is air-conditioned, the lawn stays open-air, and both can run on the same day for a morning ceremony and an evening reception.
Engagements, Sangeets and Birthdays
Smaller functions take the hall or a portion of the lawn rather than the whole property, which keeps 150-400 guests from feeling lost in it. Sound, lighting and generator backup are on site; your own caterer is welcome and our staff coordinate service through the evening.
Corporate Events and Exhibitions
Product launches, annual days, dealer meets and lifestyle exhibitions run in the hall and across the lawns. Central Alkapuri location, 100-vehicle valet parking and full power backup are the three things corporate organisers ask about first - all three are covered. Stall layouts and staging can be planned to your floor plan.
Intimate Gatherings and Spiritual Functions
Family dinners, satsangs, poojas and anniversary lunches for 50-150 guests use the heritage rooms and the veranda, where the original palace interiors do the decorating for you.
